URGENT: Credit card application and Bank transfer HELP!!

i NEED money desperately fer online shoppin.. N im facin this fukin stucked up mom who terminated my credit card cuz she claims tht i overspent when in fact i spent less thn wht my monthly allowance is... ta hell wif tht.
my sis, gen is tryin ta help me but she keeps most of her money in a PRIVATE acc N keeps track on her other bank cuz it's for her 'business'. i used ta 'borrow' her card cuz my mom sets a quota of $500 monthly so anythin extra i use my sis's N i pay it back to her...
Right now, i envy her cuz she's allowed ta have her OWN acc whereas i'm so pathetic tht i SHARE a bank acc wif my mom N she frickin terminated my card.. My other savings acc has a measly 1k left... tht shared acc has a lot more party becuz my mom contributed a large portion of it.. Now i'm banned frm usin credit card, N i cant withdraw any money.. My parents are thinkin of actually givin me cash N stop me frm usin ATM and credit cards... oh hell.
Right now is there anyway i can transfer da money frm da shared acc to a NEW acc N sign up for a credit card under MY NAME? im 17 yrs old as of now.. nt sure of da rules.. but im desperate for it.

Can I claim to have a shared account with your sis and sign up a new account and then attempt to apply for a credit card under MY NAME whilst I am unable to actually support my own financial stability? If you answered no to the above. Chances are you're in my shoes.

Nah i dont work therefore theoratically speakin my financial ability is zero.. i dont earn any money besides my month allowance tht i get N on top of tht some bonuses too.. heh. Cannot, 17 only, I think must be 18 or 21.
Meantime, 17 can use credit card meh? I can use I also WON'T use, because student need for what, den credit card must pay $interest$.
You CANNOT transfer $$ without the other shared account holder's permission.

sigh...so typical of youngsters nowadays...dun know the value of money...no idea how much it takes for her mum to earn enough to provide her with the basics of life and den complains that "my sup card got terminated"...good for you! that's the right thing your mum did...
there's more to life then shopping, online or not...you're fortunate enough to have a monthly allowance at your age, many others have to work part time for their pocket money...
anyways, back to your questions...to apply for a CC, you'll have to be 21 and above, earn a min income of $30k yearly, or have a min sum of $10k in YOUR account...
as for bank transfers, i dunno about other banks, but for DBS, all new bank transfers will have to be acknowledge via SMS...or sumthing like that, can't remember the details... -

okay the prob now is u are dealing with money...all the accounts, transactions, stuff all involves money...so if u hav the money all your problems, applications, expenses, cards will be solved and everything will come to u...so now the question is "do u hav the money?"...if the answer is "yes", then my answer to your very first posting is "go ahead and apply for the card". if your answer is "no, i ain't got the money i rightfully owned!", then the answer to your first posting is "go and earn it!"

I thought even for special approval (eg apply supp card for children going abroad for studies), they need min age of 18.
