okay the prob now is u are dealing with money...all the accounts, transactions, stuff all involves money...so if u hav the money all your problems, applications, expenses, cards will be solved and everything will come to u...so now the question is "do u hav the money?"...if the answer is "yes", then my answer to your very first posting is "go ahead and apply for the card". if your answer is "no, i ain't got the money i rightfully owned!", then the answer to your first posting is "go and earn it!"
