plus she kept telling her family , my in-law that i always used the problem to bully her ..... which i didn't .
I only swear at her for owing somemore money when this money is not settle .

i use to have a maid to take care of my son , when my maid went home due the problem , i've to sent her home , to save money .
Then to settle her salary i o her , i work hard for a month , to repay my maid's salary , i miscue , I passed the money to my missus , to get her to TT to her in Indonesia , but ..... she took the money to repay her friends loan , which i totally didn't know .
Six months later , my maid called me from Indonesia , told me she haven't receive any money !

If you have decided to part way with your wife after she refuse to change after given numerous chances to change her ways, then stand firm in your decision.

The decision lies in your hand. You may want to talk it over one last time with your wife about her character. Telling her that you want to file a divorce in the last conversation would make her think that this is a threat, and this would be a no-no.
Give her somemore time to change, if she really can't change, you should bring this up to your family (not her family, or else you would be in deeper hot pot). Discuss this issue over with your family thoroughly and know what you want. Talk to your marriage counsellor, or get referred to a psychiatrist to look up her problem (perhaps she is a pathological gambler).
Take one step at a time to save the marriage if you could, before ending it all. But for your son's sake, who is going to attend school very soon, it would either be traumatic for him with the loss of one parent OR with the family issues continuing if no decision has been made.
With this, you have to bear the weightage of your burdens. It is best if you can win over the custodian of your child, if not, then the problems will be channeled to him. Either way, it's really farked up, but you need a decision to be made. So go step by step first. -

although it's a sad story, you still have to make sure minimal impact for your son.
