maybe try this
1) since u still have one month make a diary for him. write out the stuff you guys do b4, hw much you have miss him todae, how much you love him. those kinda stuff. accompany with some of the photos both of you have taken together. write him a sweet poem or song lyrics?
(i dink this is really sweet, as he will noe tat u remember every detail when you are together with him)
2) make him choclate!
(my ex use to make me choc and small dessert and i felt really sweeten in the heart, very warming.)
3) no opinions on sex as its is sumthing tat need mutual respect and true love to do it.
4) surprise him by doing sumthing that he keep asking you to do but u dun find it embarrasing for you to do it. maybe like those kind of stuff you cant accept but u make an exception for him to go thru the effort to get it done. of course sumthing tat you are comfortable with doing it
(he will be very touch if he knows that you are willing to do anithing for him)
5) a short walk together is a nice one and for me i dink its complusary haha
(builds up the bonding between you and him)

Making something? Hmmm...this is going to be tough, cause i don't know what kind of skills you are equipped with. I'm not someone who is into ppl making things for me. erm, actually we prefer western food to anything else. i remembered his 19th birthday, we dined at Tony Roma's and i bought him a Tiramisu cake - his favourite.
i'm pretty understanding that the sincerity, chemistry and companion is more important than any other factors such as where and what to eat & give him as a present.

Cups with both your names imprinted on it. i remember marina south last time got shop let you make your own clay figurines? can paint your own colour, they'll teach teach you to make whatever you want la...quite cheap only. But i'm not sure still there anot...cos my gf made one for me

for a nice romantic dinner, i suggest Fosters at Holland V. $100 should be okay for 2 people for one main course, one drink, one dessert. The environment there is dark and romantic.
Or another place, is Tao's. SG$24.88 for a wonderful set dinner of 7 course dinner! You'll love every dish.. its damn good. Place might be crowded and less romantic, but for the price and food its darn good!
