is creativity important at the young age?? depending on which area and degree of creativity too...
i always feel there is always pros and cons to anything....
shan't that age be merely foundation building?? if the foundation is no good, how to be creative??
everything will be in a mess?? maybe just a mild degree of creativity is fine??
many of us don't hv 'creativity' during that age don't we??
but still we don't suffer (correct me).
its like a building...the foundation is all the same -' boring', the creative part is the building...u can be as creative as u want to be....as long as the foundation is good.... -

Students cannot take pressure not because the pressure is increasing.
They have been spoilt by their parents.
Parents always want to give the best and the most to their children. What best and most?
--> Best toys, most number of toys.
--> Best computers, most number of games. Got educational CDs also lah. But all in the form of games.
--> Best holidays, most expensive ones. -

If you think the PRC can ace the Maths paper, then it begs to examine their "creative" syllabus in China.
My take is it has something to do with how the subject is taught, not whether they are textbook or creative-based. -

why are people blaming the MOE now? the fact that they bothered to introduce 'different' questions is a good thing. like fireice said, this will seperate the As from the A*s.
if anyone's to blame, it should be the parents, for subcoming to their whiny little children. -

wth,everything also complain..last time my o lvl paper as compared to the batch after and before me soo much easier we also neva say anything..in the end its your o lvl cert which is more important as long can go sec school can liao..
