  spreading the wealth? wouldn't that be communism? nooo... we wouldn't want THAT... we are "democratic"... we get to "vote"... we get to "voice out" our opinion "without getting incarcerated"...

  Indeed, spreading the wealth will be so undemocratic that it defeats the principles set out by our constitution.

  Singapore is good.... u see.. we advance by meritocracy... hard work and abilities will see u to rising in that corporate ladder... and becoming richer...
  
  Then as we work hard and try to climb higher, we feel we are surpassed by FTs who seem to have it easier, climb easier...
  
  This is the govt's way of enforcing the value of meritocracy mah.... u see, as we see the FTs climb higher, it is meant for us to work even harder, to enforce that fighter spirit in Singaporeans, so we become tougher!
  
  The govt is preparing us for hard times.. they never spoil us. Thus if got hardships in unforseen curcumstances, Singaporeans can survive.
