A&W root beer can no more sold on the shelves?!
aiya.. malaysia have a handful more i think..
still, maybe 10 more years maybe come back cos the kids onwadays like fast food more and more.. the older population doesnt really like fast food last time and now, and never will.. but theres more kids loving things like Mcdonalds etc, so hopefully, A&W will come back.
but, hardly any companies will return to Singapore after closing shop.. i croww my fingers

Normally you see companies name is taken from surname, not last name (e.g. John, Sam) as many people has that last name.
Last time I like their root beer, but then now gone, but anyway macdonald's suck (trying to make their own curly fries, fail like shit, at least Burger King make better burgers, better onion rings, KFC make better chicken than McDonald's steaming pile of chicken shit)
Moreover, hello, if you go those hawker centre/coffeeshop buy a pack of french fries, normally big pack $1. You go McDonald's one small tiny piece of shit pack is $1.50. Biggest size McDonald's have is smaller than the coffeeshop one, and costs $2.10. wth!
Then McDOnald's drinks are also like shit. So expensive, I rather nip down to provision store/Econ/supermarts to get a can, $0.50. McDonald's charge $1-$2! And there is no variety, no root beer, no lemon barley, no soya bean drink, no chin-chao... knn! -
A&W rootbeer is best..... the glass is kept in freezer and on a hot hot weather... drinking a rootbeer is sooo cool and enjoyable.
Love the curly fries also..... JB Carrefour A&W just close.... hmm.... where still got A&W at JB ah? (not those ulu ulu place lah) -
Macdonald had sell their curly fries before during this year CNY. But theirs are not as nice as A&W one. I like their Root Beer Float got the ice cream one.
