  To avoid getting enlisted as Commando:
  
  >> Buy and eat a lot of burgers for all three meals
  >> Snack regularly on Lays potato chips
  >> Avoid working up a sweat
  >> Sit & play PC games & watch TV during all your free time
  >> Eat lots of ice cream after dinner as desert then follow up with Lays
  >> Sleep more than 8 hours at least 4 times a week
  
  Guarantee you 100%, if do the above for a whole year, the COmmando Division will avoid you instead.
