anyway hope something is done to the inconsiderate driver, if its not bad enough that he takes up a lane in the 2 lane only road, he decides to park at the turning which can block big vehicles from turning. unless its his first day driving(even thats debatable), he cannot not know that a big vehicle would at least have difficulty if not be able to navigate .......... -

TODAYonline also reported an illegally parked Mercedes-Benz SLR series sports car that just got very unlucky.
He had parked his car around a bend at Empress Place near Asian Civilisations Museum for a visit on the last day of the Vatican City exhibition, but unknowingly he had (gasp!) "single-handedly stalled traffic along the one-way street for more than an hour yesterday, triggering a tailback of over 30 vehicles".
Why is he so 'suay'? A tourist bus that could not pass the narrow bend, which was made even narrower by the poor parking by our gentleman here.

his father is linked to higher authority.
i believe once the traffic police called the HQ. They recognized who the owner is.
And probably slowly sent the tow car to the scene in the hope that the driver can drive the car before the car got towed....

Why a PhD course and not a Master or Bachelor or Diploma course?
Because if someone as intelligent as a researcher doesn't know how to park his car properly, it must be a real rocket science that involves many permutation and extreme calculations that justify a full PhD course!
