it's just like your big big boss in your company park in front of the entrance and cause traffic jam. do you call the police immedaitely or you quickly call your big big boss and at the same time, try to calm down the crowd?
if you do the latter, your big big boss will appreciate and you may have some benefit at the end. therefore, i think the TP is smart... -

I think a $70 fine is too little. That car drinks a lot more then $70.
Maybe fines should be tag with what type of cars & CC. The more "Expensive" cars the fines should goes higher, else these people will not learn lor.
This makes sense, $70 does not means a lot for Big CC cars. But means a lot for MRT takers. Value of $ is much much different. In the eyes of laws everyone is same & equal. The amount of "Punishment" should put equal impression on Rich & poor.
Try a $1000 traffic fine on Michael Jackson or Bill Gate? They won't give a blink. -
