i see many of them doing table cleaning jobs at food courts and so on.
old folk clear tables for young ones to have their meals...tt sight simply is hard to bear.

knowing that you all will feel sympathy for those old folks, you all will end up clearing your trays yourself. hence, they can save on salaries and might even sack those old people!!

they can employ the old folks..i have nothing against tt. but i cant stand singaporean's attitude of expecting things to disappear from the table and sit there waiting for the uncles and aunties to come and clean up.
to put it simply, their job is to gather the dirty plates and bring them to the washing points.
in japan, the people return the trays and plates to the collection point and they even separate them according to chopsticks, bowl, fork, spoon and plates.
why singapore so barbaric?? -

I was merely being logical.
by leaving the dishes and trays for old people to clear, and not clearing ourselves, we are ACTUALLY creating jobs for old people.
so, want old people to be jobless or have jobs? I'm actualli being kind here.
