Is normal to sleep like that. SO don't worries. Let me share something wilth you, the older you are, the more sleep you want. Some are reverse way: They sleep lesser but growing older. -

On average 15-20 min, but sometimes as long as 45min or as fast as 3-5 min. Depends on lot of factors. In fact, it is very normal to be awake for 20-30 min after turning off lights and trying to sleep.

1. Mood
2. Sleepiness
3. Physically tired
4. Illness/Sickness
5.Medication
Sometimes u just cant sleep , for no particular reason
