  Time is changing for Asia. But I doubt Singapore would follow as quickly. My impression of SG is that the people tend to be less adventurous and traditional minded in terms of fashion. Not many dares to be 'different', unlike other developed Asian countries like Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc. A notable number the Singaporeans I know are still homophobic, backwardly conservative minded, and thinks woman belongs to the kitchen and that a male should be the one providing for the family etc...But it might just be the few that I've encountered and not reflective of the whole population?

  it IS reflective of the whole population. singaporeans are happy in their well.

  anyway I believe that almost every male would have this urge to dress up in woman's clothing at least once in their life. its nothing to be ashamed of really, since it's usually happens when they're young, and its more out of curosity.
  
  other than this, I doubt any other normal male would really want to dress up in female clothes, which leaves the transvetites, transgenders and transsexuals as the only males who dress in woman's clothing. basically i find it alright since they sorta have a reason to do so.
