Why aren't teachers aloud to dress up and follow fashion?

why aren't they aloud to dye their hair bright colors, spot hip and trendy hairstyles, have nose studs etc.. and wear shorts/skirts that are very short? if they do that, they'd be closer to students and they will be more likely to approach teacher in times of need as they are one of them..

first, get a teacher to teach you "allow".
then, learn this:
as a student in a school, you have to obey the rules.
as a staff in a company, you have to obey the rules.
as a citizen in a country, you have to obey the rules.
you can choose not to obey, but there will be punishments for you.
that's how life is in Singapore and many other countries. -

guys hair cannot touch collar at the back, cannot cover ear at the sides, cannot touch eye brows in front.
gals hair if longer than shoulder must tie it up in pony tail, only use black or dark blue rubber band to tie. -

2/3 yrs ago.. my sec sch. the uniform quite see-thru. if the gal wear black/orange/pink/red/green/yellow (in short, coloured) bras, the DM will ask where she lives and will give a certain time frame to go home and change.

i remember when i was in secondary 2 that time, my part time teacher wear very trendy one... skirt short short too...
if i remember correctly she got dye a bit hair too...
man... she was the talk of every male student in the school that time.
oh ya... she wasnt my full time teacher... maybe thats why... only part time for about 6 to 8 months. just graduate from JC or NIE ba... very young not even 20yrs old that time.... -

our sch dun care much about gal's black bras, and they like to wear black bras.
*~pAriS hiLtoN~*, that's only part of the sch rules....... that's how our sch life was like. Singapore govt trained the ppl since they are young, so that they know how to obey the govt, watever decision the govt makes, all we know is to follow it. Like in the army, they train you physically, also train you how to follow instructions, obey orders, do things by the right procedure, etc. They dont want you do oppose them, not even think of it. -
