Why aren't teachers aloud to dress up and follow fashion?

  The question should be "why are literacy standards so low"? We should *allow* teachers to give people who have a bad grasp of the english language extra homework.

  teachers shld dress up to be of relevance to the students mah. nobody will like a teacher who dress like a pastor/nun right?
