Hi,
I played old games too. I used to play RTK2 and always played as Liu Bei and always had Zhuge Liang as advisor. I would simply send false letters to lower a general's loyalty and then recruit him. So easy......it became too easy after a while.
After recruiting all the great generals in Charm, War, Int, etc, there's nothing else to do, well except the occasional war if you like to. Or if u want to save time, just recruit the governor and the whole province is yours without the hassle of war.
Of course there's also the occasional revolting province and warring states, as a result of your covert intelligence.
It all happened because Zhuge Liang has a 100% accuracy in his advice.
OK do you guys know the 'Province 10' trick?
This trick is like this......u know when u invade Province 10 u will get a prize, and that prize can increase a stat, like Charm, or Int, or etc.....well, every single time u invade and win, u will 100% get a prize for sure. So the trick is, invade and win as many times as u can. How to do this? Just encircle Province 10 with your territories. Invade all the neighbouring provinces. Then leave vacant an adjacent province. Encircle this province too. Then invade Province 10. Don't kill all the generals, release them. They will go to the vacant province. Then invade them there with all ur Province 10 generals, making Province 10 vacant. Again don't kill them all, release. They will go to Province 10. Next month, invade again to Province 10 and win a prize. With this ping-pong method, you will drain every single prize available. Ping-pong them until there's no more prize.
I like to get Int-increasing prizes so when Zhuge Liang dies there are others with 100 Int.
Well another thing I'd like to do is corner Cao-Cao in a province and kill him. That saves a lot of time sending false letters to his generals.
Oh, if u guys wanna download:
