Been there, done that... some of my friends enter with medical school with a SAM of 99.99 but end up failing all the subjects of the medical topics... whereas people who score less uses logic to outwit the other students and they surprisingly hit the distinction list so many times...
The highest dropout rate in medical school are those who scores the best in their pre-U, and this is no kidding... -

oh and regarding the A lvl entry requirement, i heard for the 2002 intake the requirements for nus common engin was like AAB so still might need pretty high -

I sat for my A Levels in 1999... and gosh, while I was at it, everything was so tough... last time we had this 1 year course for A Levels and that's why we have everything compacted... I didn't do that well, but I got into the uni, and that's enough for me

at this rate, i think i can only get a ACC. A for maths, Cs for phy n chem. good/bad? need advice.

last year, i took 3ple science. wanting to enter medicine but i flopped bio for promos and have dropped it. now, i'm thinking of nus engineering. it's unlikely for the approximate grades of mine rite?
