Headquarters is located on the second floor I think, the same floor as the Odyssey. It's tucked away in a corner next to a coffeeshop. When I play there I concentrate on the game quite intensely so I don't really look around and see whether got chio bu or not, so I never notice. I remember the few times I went there the person at the counter was usually a guy. Only once there was a couple of rather average-looking girls.
