when my foot lands on ground..there is this pain..dont tink is acheOriginally posted by dranoel maxwell:Well what's your defination of pain? isit sharp pain or aching??? If it's aching is think perfectly normal... just continue to jog and the ache will disappear...
If it's a pain then i think it's due to improper warm up or too much stress is put into your calf when you run due to the way you run....
I have this problem too, and my doctor told me that jogging puts a lot of stress on ur kneecaps since the track/road u are jogging are uneven. And that if I continue jogging, my kneecap will give way sooner than later, before I reach 25.Originally posted by dragg:My knee hurts when jogging.
any idea whats wrong?
i feel it too.Originally posted by borntolive:when my foot lands on ground..there is this pain..dont tink is ache
its either ur runnin technique or the way u land ur legs...knee will nt ache coz there ain't muscles there...Originally posted by dragg:i feel it too.
took a day's rest and its ok.
The average lifespan of a pair of running shoes is about 9 to 12 months, if you run once a week. If more frequently, the lifespan is 6 to 9 months. Coz if the shoes are worn beyond its lifespan, even though they look okay (not tearing blah), the cushioning will not be effective anymore. Knees may hurt.Originally posted by dragg:i am wearing the new balance shoe provided by the army.
it should be ok since soldiers run with it everyday.
