Buddhism = psychology problem?

Buddhism is definitely not a pychological problem. i am a buddhist myself, and a very devout one.
1. buddhism do not set your thinking right. Buddhism do not tell u how to think. In fact, Buddhism empowers the individual, enable one to make the most suitable choice or action, according to ones needs. there's no fixed actions or thinking in the religion. Buddhism seeks to develop the potential which is inherent in every person. In buddhism, everyone is equal. everyone has the buddha potential which is waiting for us to bring it out and employ in our lives.
2. Buddhism is able to help many people. it can help people to overcome their problems. Buddhism do not believe in outside being or higher power. the practice of buddhism is to enable people to realise their potential, using it in their lives, helping others, and enable a peaceful world. Buddhism seeks to bring absolute happiness to everyone, which is not happiness in another world, but happiness in this life, and a truly victorious life, facing our problems and overcoming them. -
buddhist usually "bai fuo" and taoist "bai shen". but den again, it's difficult to differentiate la. taoist got sects like those swordsfighting shows and novels and they specialise in a special skill.
buddhist teaching is more of teaching someone to know how to live with nature itself. taoist is more of yin and yang balance. -

And not just eating it on the 1st and 15th of the lunar month???? -
