  u want business, my sch is ranked 2nd only behind LSE in the entire UK for business courses. Overall, we're down in the top 20 tho.

  if u are gonna work locally with your degree, any local U is good enough.
  next to decide is the course. both uni offer some common courses like engineering and business but there are oso some specific courses that only NTU or NUS offer.
  NUS=Law, real estate etc
  NTU=Bio Science, Life science etc
  
  if u have no preference on courses, i would suggest u taking a 3 year course.

  there is a difference between 'cultured' and 'socially conditioned'. I wouldn't use cultured to describe this instance.
