Sorry for saying this sensitive thing, but i really hope people can be mature enough to take this.
I'm terribly sick and freaking tired to hang out with people who claim that "Christianity is the 'IN' thing", "Christianity symbolises upward social mobility", or that "Christianity is the modern religion."
I'm so terrible sick and freaked out when people go around MRT stations promoting their religion and to dump their leaflets outside my house saying "Join the Suntec God Convention: Healing Powers".
Let us embrace the truth: The Truth is that Christianity is often shrouded with old ideals of Sexism (take a look at Eve who seduced Adam to the Apple) and other violence means of gaining dominace.
I also urge our dumb Singaporean mates to understand the truth that Christianity is NOT MODERN nor Is it the IN thing in our world today. The Western world is seeing a minus 3 % decrease in Catholic followings; S.America is seeing -5%. The only 2 lame continents who's going opposite in parallel is ASIA (+3%) and Africa(+5%; yes, the offer the God for Food program) -

Will it improve my luck if I join the religion/church?
This Christianity-related topic is getting popular due to the aggressive evangelism and it has been a sensitive issue especially in middle-east. Isreal and another country (I forgot) is fighting so much for the Gaza Strip (the 2 countries is seperated by this Gaza strip and its a important place in the Bible).
Well, I'll join whatever, as long as it teach good moral and it'll improve my luck in all aspect.
