I could be wrong, but it might be the Taxi driver's fault. Like someone just said; he could have ignored the Rhino's siren. I have experienced it myself, while in the front passenger seat of an ambulance rushing my father to Gleneagles - this Taxi in front simply refused to pull over, and keeps driving at 80kmh on the 1st lane (the overtaking lane) on PIE.
But lets hope the Taxi driver isn't from China.... -
Whose fault is it let the police to investigate but one thing i agreed is that most of the taxi drivers are ignorant of the law. They drive like nobody business.
