Actually, 64mb quite hard to store at least 20 songs. You might just be able to squeeze 20 songs in with 64K/wma format.
Had a 64mb mp3 player before, had so much problems squeezing more than 15 songs in, you'll have better luck if every song barely exceeded 3mins. -

The customer 1st lame excuse is that the mp3 cannot store 20 songs. But the shopkeeper says it can store around 20 songs as its only a 64 mb.
Then the customer suddenly change her excuse saying tat she needs the money to go see a doctor.
The shopkeeper has no choice but to refund the customer as she says she does not "trust" the shop anymore if she does not get the refund.
I really pity the shopkeeper. How lame can a person go.

The shopkeeper n00b lah, he did not display the sign normally shown in shooping centres: "No refund, only exchange"
If she needs the money to see the doctor, then... why not sell the item? She have more things to sell at home, I'm sure, and she can always get help from her local grassroot leader.

generally, i feel if i am the shop owner, i will let the customer has the refund. put yourself in the customer's shoe, i believe some of you might regret buying thing you feel not worth for the cost. take example you bought a cd thinking that it is a vcd because the shop owner never informed or warned you the content.
sometime a shop's reputation depends on customer service. they need to explain in details of how well is their goods if not some customers might buy and find out the goods do not fulfil their requirement. it takes 2 hands to make business work.

haiz i must say the shop keeper very stupid.....obviously the tall tales of needing the money to c doc is fake......he should not refund but instead offer to exchange another mp3 player by asking the woman to pay a bit more.......thats a win win situation wht......
anyway its a harsh fact, but more singaporean are getting too much self centered.......bringing a dog to mac....kaoz....if i am the manager there, i will say if ur dog shit on my floor, U CLEAN IZIT!! and UR DOG KNOCK DOWN BY CAR....MY PROBLEM IZIT!!! -

As far as i know... it is against the licensing conditions and also because MacD is a MUIS approved establishment..
how to bring dog in?
when i was overseas... even dog owners are understanding... they either buy a long leash, so owner eat inside with a leash leading to the dog outside.
or they tie the dog to a lamppost, with leash shorten so dog won't run around.
or they eat outside, or take away. or don't bring dog at all. -
reminds me of a charity event i was part of it.
i was in charge of a snack stall, selling local appetisers.
it's a asian food festival lah... so other stall sell other coutries food.
This aunty came to me and asked if she can exchange her cupcakes brought from other stall for the pandan cake i am selling!!!!!
when i said, no, she asked why!!!
i simply say, Health Regulations, food that left the stall cannot be returned. hahah
