p2p program is not illegal but if u use it to download music it is illegal

Go and read up on why the Digital Millennium Copyright Act was used in US FTAs with other countries to enable Congress to use offshore legislation with foreign nations to force it down the American people's throats.
The Copyright war is not over..it's not as straightforward as what the governments and corporate interests want you to think.
That law is a barrier to innovation and it must be repealed. -

the problem is with the hackers...and inventors of such things like Mp3, P2p...
But sadly i can say , hackers will always be around... -
