if you want something for playing games go for desktop..

if u dun mind sacrificing some mobility. go for desktop, its more stable and generally, a desktop lasts longer than a laptop (dun ask me y) in the long run, and you can upgrade parts by parts so go sim lim shop around.
so i recommend a desktop for you. -

I would recommend sim lim and get a nobrands desktop. For laptop, I would recommend HP.
To choose between the two, you have to choose whether you need to bring it to school? How much gaming you do everyday? Playing games on laptop is a pain not forgetting laptop burns out easily. -

2. MSI MB
3. 1024 DDR II SDRAM
4. western digital HD
5. Either a DVD-RW or CD-RW (lite-on)
6. Nvidia 7000 series graphics card -
