just wanna have a final clearification on this issue..i read up the papers..and it said..
first thing - don't upload.
second thing - don't download the LATEST STUFF like movies and music
so that its all to it?..if i download tv shows and old movies but alot is it ok??

old stuff as long copyrighted makes u liable as new stuff. same penalty, maybe at most u escape criminal charges becuz yr financial damage is not as high.. but dats about it, if u hire a good lawyer. -

uses some encryption and transfer method to dl...claimed to be untraceable... even ISP cant detect... -
Get something that encrypts and preferably at least 128bit RSA.

Copyright stuff usually don't expire even when the artist dies. If you want to download stuff, download those that are at least 100 years old, because the artist would have died and can't renew the copyrights. So stuff you can download are from year AD 1905 to BC ???? -
As long as you don't download copyrighted stuff. Like movies, MP3s, Software, and etc. Downloading pron is still ok, because it's not copyrighted, usually.

if someone go and record something from their local television station while airing( for example a local series in the states)..capturing the content on the tv onto the com..and uploading it...
NOW..that shouldn't have copyrights correct?..cos its aired on TV..and it was RIPed down by HOME VIEWERS...so if we look at it in another way..we are just watching what the TV STATIONS are showing us..since they are showing it to their pple in other countries? -
