  Kk, wait, lemme explain my situation here...i just bought a new pc ok??.. and i have 2 now that i've bought another one,becos 1+1=2 you people understand??...and i installed the internet connection disk thingy from starhub into the new one...so i can excess the internet..but the problem is...i cannot access the internet with 2 pcs turned on...thus when i switch on 2 pcs and try to connect....only 1 will be able to and the other will not have a default gateway!!!!!! So.. Help???

  router? switch on? pluck in wire? wireless put in wireless adapter? starhub? wat plan?

  i also got prob,,,,i got 1 pc only but i subscribed to 2 internet accounts......now i can access the intenet with either log in but omg every month my bills double how

  Starhub maxonline 2000.....i got 2 pcs lah....using usb and ethernet ports...

  and you need something like this so that all your home pc is connected to the input ports and only 1 output port is cabled to the house telephone roxette. thus all i/o signals shall be controlled (like traffic control and directing) at the hardware and distributed to various pc stations in your home 9if any more than 1).
  
  i think you are using a modem with one ethernet port and 1 usb port thinking that it can serve multpiple log ins but pls read your user manual - the answer may be no. still i hope u can provide details of your pc and modem and internet subscription plan details and hardware configurations.
  
  btw if u using one internet account and try to log in with multiple pcs, beware if yr seervice provider catch u doing that may be fined or sued! (i.e use one pc with one modem connected to a telephone roxette on the wall and log in to internet, use another pc in another room connected to a modem and to internet with the same log in through a seaparate telephone roxette)

  depend on your subscribed bandwidth limit...if 1500k unlimited cable i think most probably will not be affaected.....such plans are for massive downlaods and online movie watch stuff....gaming wouldn't take up bandwidth...only ping and pc/ gaming hardware matters in gaming performances responses and graphics

  i still feel that the thread starter should start checking his internet configuration settings or connect a hub/ switch to the router for home networking and simultaneous connection to the internet
