  the best weapon to kill those insects is BADMINTON RACKET.
  this is from experience u know ?
  my house is has a park nearby and during raining days i will have those bees, hornets,dragonflys and some kind of flying bug. i always use my trusty badminton racket to kill it. because it is light,swift,silent and it doesn't stink .
  
  when u hit the target will have a little sound and u can "feel it"
