  eh, wad age were u when u were into gymnast??? seems like gymnast damn rare in s'pore.
  
  anywayz since u so fit can do more sit ups than members of the s'pore olympic team, hav u represented s'pore b4....??? at ur peak how mani pull ups can u do???

  70-80 situps/min is quite normal

  not realli, guys average is 50. 70+ for a gal is RARE. my female frens in the track team couldnt do that much.......
