  The 33 person who get caught were using P2P. I think such program will make it easier to track u.

  Aiyoh. 1-1 sending is freaking safe. E.g. Like sending to your friend using msn. You know him/her. He/She knows you. So if you get a letter, you know who the hell is tapping into your privacy.
  
  And with that, you can sell this information to the papers to get some money for your copyright infringement charges.
