  thought they were announcing a lower bonus this year? Civil service at least. Then again, private sector pegs their rates with the govt sector.

  I was thinking how abt petroleum industries? Electronics like wafer fab industries give good bonus but theirs is like a roller coaster ride depending on each year company performance.
  
  I wonder what other industries pay so many months bonus hmmm.....

  nothing this year. company just went through a major face-lift 2 years ago. top management all left followed by major retrenchment and many who jumped ships.
  
  company is now slowly picking up. hopefully next year can get.

  wat kind of companies you all working for? kaoz. i really wanna jump elsewhere once i finish my parttime studies sia. and fyi, my salary is not $16000, it's $1600 (and it's not even take home). blech.

  Can you believe it till now i still dunno if we are entitle for any bonus anot.. normally is next year den we know. And, we dun hv AWS. N last year 1.5mth bonus was divided into 3 mths to give, meaning we get 0.5mth bonus for Jan, Feb, Mar 2005.
  In actual fact only get 0.5mth lah if d 1 mth is consider AWS.
