  Wow....1.5 to 6 months bonus...how I wish.
  Me only 0.5 month bonus for last year and this year.
  My company no such thing as AWS or 13th month fixed bonus.
  Telco companies quite consistant at around 4months fro past few years.

  I got 3 months bonus on July 7th 05.
  7th December, got another month.
  7th Jan, will be getting 13th month bonus.
