  Pay
  Licence Pay
  Hazzardeous Environment Pay
  And dunno what other Pay
  
  Although his fav is overtime pay but he is not an electornics engineer

  3 years ago, fresh semicon engineer (electronic engineer also) got $3,000 as the starting pay.
