talking about rain, the new East Coast Lagoon food centre got a major design flaw: the tables are sheltered by individual canopes. So when it rains, the hawker has to carry umbrella to serve you food - not so convenient + some stalls expect you to self-service. And: if the rain is heavy, it splashes at you from all sides while you eat.
the design looks nice but not practical. -
some tables are not even sheltered.
So dun go there when it rains.

I'm back home.
Terrible traffic jam @ PIE towards Changi at 615pm. Within a distance of 1.5km just after Lonie Road exit, 2 accidents. Also saw 2 Subaru TP car with different type of flashing light. And opposit lane also another one involved a Malaysia lorry and a car.
Hmmm.........why can't all drivers drive slowly leh?
