  I notice that even during Hari Raya, you'd also notice young Malay boys hanging around at void decks making a nuisance of themselves; singing don't know what songs, howling away like dogs, screaming at one another, whooping laughing loudly, and littering the void deck. Eventually someone will call the Neighborhood Police, and they'd either run away or get asked to leave after taking down their IC numbers.
  
  This is racial harmony - let the Police handle Public Nuisance, otherwise back in the old days of the late 60s and 70s, chinese groups will come around and whack the pee out of them all.
