After all, most donations only come from who else?

Seriously , Religion is a powerful tool.
If you try to use religion to control people's mind , it's a ultimate machine .
Let's take it from the CHC members , in their "brainwashed" mind, they will think that you are the one who needs to be saved and tries to use their holy power to "reform" you.
So there will be this pastor who will encourage them even further , by noting down that if there was to be any resistance shown by people for not accepting CHC , it is because that the devil "blah blah blah blah"
There you have a foolproof plan .
If people accept , they will say it's a way of God and it's good to be converted.
So if there wasn't any resistance shown by the people and they accepted God according to CHC's ways . It will show that the believe of God is bearing fruit.
Either way , good or bad , it has already been covered and already expected that they are going to face resistance so they will have some sort of plan B. -
Religion can also be a double edged sword.
If you spend too little on churchbuilding , people will say you dishonour God.
If you spend too much , you are wasting God's money.
Im still fumbled on how people can fight a war over something they can't see.

think you misunderstood me. My friend was not lucky. PReviously, he already was a person with low self-esteem. Many ppl with low self-esteem like CHC because it seem that they can get along "well" with ppl. It is just illusions. After he lost his "friends", he went into depression. Depression is not sad. we cant do much to them anyway. I believe the church members can be salvaged because they are misguided. The heads should be the ones chopped!!
