  My brother-in-law otang Singtel about $800 hp bills and never pay since 1996 , Singtel only sent a few notices for late payment , after that , no sound no picture , no bill collector from Singtel .
  
  I also owe Singtel about $400 , also same , since 1995 . Case closed liao !
  
  But M1 don't play play , they sent lawyer letter one , i kana before , just $10 balance after i terminated my line , they sent lawyer letter .
  
  Starhub so far so good , you owe them , they sent u love letter , then suspend your line , and problem still persisit , they just sent reminder til you pay , the rest i dunno liao .
  
  Giro only for rich people .
  
  Now AXS very common , no GIRO require .

  I owed Singtel SGD30++ for my ICC for 2 years. They sent me a couple of letter for 2 years until I wake up and pay them back. their love letter reach me like every months. did not miss the payment intentionally, just slip my mind everytime I get the bill.

  i use giro...nv hav outstanding bills. easier than using axs coz hav to queue up & press so many buttons juz to settle a simple bill.
