  i've a maid but i dont order her ard , only ask her to help me find things when i lost sth , or clothes .
  hmm .. order ple ard .. not tired meh ..
  but hor i realised if i too gd to her , she will like canot control .. eg . quite gd to her , then u ask her do sth , she will reply 'later la'

  Maids have feelings too, and they resort to becoming maids because they are in need of money badly.Singaporeans these days are not treating maids like maids at all...they are treating them as SLAVES.They don't even give them a decent meal. I have seen it before, the maids are only allowed to eat the leftovers that the children can't finish.This is not right at all, then again we fight for their rights and they become somewhat arrogant and think that they can get away with anything.Bottom line : For those of you who have maids at home,PLEASE treat them nicely. What goes around comes around, if you treat them badly sooner or later you would get what you deserve.

  Simple reason is there are just not too many job openings in their countries. Even if have, the pay are very low. The men of cuz wanna venture overseas but who will want them if the jobs they can do can also be easily done by indians and chinas or whatever countries at a even cheaper rate?
  
  Then no choice their women gotta come out and be maid where there is a demand like for spore families. It is a demand and supply concept at work here. The money they earned in spore after a few years is enuff for the women to take back open and do small business or build houses or buy land
