  about the surgery...i never heard of it posing any risk. basically theres your normal standard SRS (sex reassingment surgery) which cost about 5k - 15k SGD, and theres another kind by Dr Surporn, an SRS surgeon in thailand. alot more ex ($16k USD), but some says it feels even better than real girls.

  they're SRS surgeons in singapore, but most people prefer going to thailand cause its cheaper there, and also cause the surgeons are alot more experienced. heck, its only gonna cost you $50 for a budget flight there, lol.
  
  about that other surgery i mentioned, its kinda patented, so only that doctor does it....but its alot better than the other method in lots of ways so....i want it.

  theres the more standard one, price is so-so, and you can experience orgasms. i dont think i heard of people being unsatisfied with it though.

  we're somewhere along the same point of transition but, shes slightly further than me, so i doubt theres anything much that i know and she doesn't yet.
