After going thru the post.. It made me wonder..
Did success of the church made SUN mo KONG richer.. answer would be yes.
The success of the church made Kong's books, videos and oversea's pastering success and rich from royalties.
The success of the church enable SUN to sell concerts and records worldwide.
Conclusion... would be yes.
The success of the church also very much depended on zombies doing free advert, recruitment and services.. which truly cut down cost. The tiths are for maintianents of the church which are huge... therfore too much surplus would be available.. and no where to spend, since free zombies are doing all the manual work. Then what built churches lor... but still have funds ... built titanium structure lor...
You see the problem.. they do not want the money to acumilate .. and have NKF problems. KONG then says no salary.. because he already benefited from the church tidings wat.
They can actually do more social donations but did not... they can even setup a funds for poor members, but instead they taught our young to be materialistic and .... do the money goes to god ???? HOW ??? Burnt it to him !!!! so why hunting ferociously for tiths -
To the point of people saying that the church is more of a social place rather then a place of worship, sadly i am there to worship and i after realising the CGs are doing more bad then good, i left the CG. So now i am going for service with a friend every week, not in anyway affliate to others from the church. So maybe i will say its not the church, not the pastor, but the youngster. Social gathering? i would say no. Surely you guys know there are dialect sermons for the old citizens and sermons for the physically and mentally disabled which takes up around 50 percent of the total sermons.
I guess you guys not know that CHC actually have an organisation to help the poor, and sch to help those in need. So why dont you guys look at the good points instead of the bad? There are bad n good in everything but from what i see its only focused on the seemingly bad points. -

One thing for sure CHCS or City Harvest Community Service is the organisation in Singapore that had helped the MOST number of people under its aid even beyond NKF. This includes the spastic, elderly and terminally ill and more. So you mean the organisation itself is not charitable or your so called sheep covering is doing these just for show? It's funny that people could think out of alot of perjudice to a organisation without finding out the facts. Well its the largest church in SEAsia naturally it turns out to be the target.
You people are talking about the fat pay, this and that. I think I explain fairly well that $8000 is not really a fat pay in terms of the amount of work and productivity he put in. You won't find a CEO even earning 2x this pay in the private sector running an organisation this big. Well again this is not a commercial organisation. In fact I think its minimal. What do you expect? getting a $1500 pay a month which doesn't even enough to feed himself than his family. Furthermore his working free so let's quit the pay issue already.
And finally I said money is not the root of evil. But the greed of Money. Shouldn't someone get alittle extra for what much one had done and what he deserve?

He also didn't mention all the benefits n bonus he gets

1) Talk big about starting revolution and wanting CHC to sue him (no doubt trying to emulate NKF story)
2) Claim to be "famous" in church threads when everyone knows how little substance his posts have.
3) Threaten to bomb CHC if people keep posting about CHC, it's been a few pages since that post by the way.
