  Chatterbox chicken rice is ok.
  
  The hawker centre near my place serves chicken rice of comparable standard.
  Chatterbox is just using the starbucks business model.

  Chatterbox Chicken rice not very good what... alot of hype only. The price is ridiculous also.
  
  In fact i've eaten much better ones, notably the chicken rice stall on the 2nd floor of Queenstown hawker centre... dunno if that family business is still operating or not.

  Chatterbox Chicken rice as a dish is fine, but special emphasis is made on the rice. The chicken itself is juicy but overrated.
  
  I prefer Wee Nam Kee chicken. As for best chilli, it's a fight between Boon Tong Kee and Far east Plaza 5th level Hainan Chicken rice.

  I bet 99% of those Singaporeans who have tasted the Chatterbox chicken rice are those who got it as a complimentary for staying in the hotel.
