My bicycle is stolen Again!!

2 bikes in three months and when I reported to police, they say bicycle theft rate is very high now.

buy a better locking system. alarm system if need be.

Yours is a mountain bike or racer? Or izit those china ppl ride those bikes with basket behind or in front? Me got a small foldable bike and I also scared stolen

I never put my bicycle outside my place, even resorted to cycling to my frens place to house it there but now its in my backyard.
Those padlock cutters are strong enough to cut thru anything. -
cheap market bike and that's wat irritates me. how much can they get out of it? Mine got stolen about a month back, but it's ok, I was trying to get rid of it anyway. I'm risking my own life whenever I take it out for a ride.

below my block at the bicycle stand. First bicycle I used a thin cable lock so they cut the lock. Second bicycle i used a thick cable lock, they tried to cut the lock but was unsuccessful (got mark on the cable). You just have to look out for full size old man riding a boy's bike.

That is why I keep the bike inside my HDB flat or for my neighbors secured them with lock just right outside the door. Never try parking them underneath the HDB flat

The standard way of locking is to pull the locking cable round the wheel and frame to the stand. mine was stolen right outside my house in the middle of the afternoon.
guess they been watch my house for some time.
also a cheap knock off MTB so i dont tink the kids will want it.
mostly ive been noticing lotsa foreign workers riding bicycles. -

I think to be real safe is to park your bicycle within your house. That is assuming you have space in your living room to put the bicycle. For me I have and I have is a foldable bike. Once unfolded it looks so tiny and low so ride outside ppl may laugh at your puny size bike

some of the bikes they ride i knw are at least $80 buckss n above of have vry vry shoddy paint jobs.. pretty suspicious to me.

So moral of story is to prevent bicycle kena stolen, buy foldable bike or park your bike within and inside your house

if you want to try...... can go sungei road to see if it is there anot....... people tend to be selling the bikes there.....

My bike only got stolen nearby, so if I ever see it, I'm gonna puncture both wheels and kick the chain broken and twist the handlebars off axis.
Reason being I have not had the tubes replaced since 1998, the chain is rusty and creaks when you ride it, I can't even change the main gears, and the handlebars are so damn loose, I fear it'll just go crooked everytime I ride it.
