different people have different expectation of games...also depends on the type of game and how well-written the game is...the network conditions at time of play...etc...many conditions to think about even without the wireless factor...not to mention laptop hardware configurations...
for me...if I can game with the cable....I do it...no need to try and look "cool" with the wireless.
