Just to add on a slight inconvenience I encountered. When I want a permanent increase in my ocbc credit card limit they say must type a letter attached payslip and send to some department. The postage is I pay leh.
Then I suggest tag along the payment slip they everytime send me then a ger call me up say cannot cuz the envelope will be delivered to different department. Such a simple issue I can see the inflexibilty within different department. So much for the customer most wanted one stop service concept. I am not complaining cuz my company basically practise the same way.
Btw, in the end I just terminate my request. Yes you can say I stingy but to me postage 22c still is money and I want ocbc to absorb and I have no access to a fax machine
