  Should be. The COP improved a lot in some courses, especially business courses. Their best, as seen from previous years, are about 19 points. After the dragon babies went to the poly, business courses COP dropped to 15, some even lower, depending on which poly you go.

  Last time how many poly nia? Now got 5 polys. Can take in more students, so COP lower lor. Last time how many people can get to study till O Levels? Compared to now, the number is definitely lower.
