Well, back to the topic, I think you should accept your colleague for who she is. After all, you're working with her for God knows how long. I'm a working adult. I can't stand one of my colleagues but I still have to learn how to handle the situation and not let if affect my work. Try to be nicer and smile alot, it works like magic. -
I don't know really, I don't come into much contacts with malay/indian girls they seems cool to me. Typical S'porean at her worst behaviour. It's very common in workplaces. Just ignore them and hope that they'll get knocked down by a car or something and won't appear the next day or ever again. Anyway I just don't understand why these people like to make other colleague's life miserable. Can't everyone work in peace? There always must be a bastard or a bit.ch in an office. They should just drop dead.

I think the talk about whether chinese, malay or indian is not important but the gender is.
