Did he or did he not kill hua na accidentally or by motive? If by motive it should be death. If accidentally it is manslaughter and hence life sentence in prison without parole

Oh yes this has been brought up and our minister is so angry that the customs allow him to escape. He say will conduct an investigation but till today no news yet
He could and could not be using the woodlands checkpoint. He could use the Tuas checkpoint or he could swim halfway board some speedboat to bring him across the johor straits to johor and then from there he made his way back to penang? He was repatriated back to spore for trial after he turned himself in.
Btw, his job as a packer sure earn quite a lot of money especially after converting to ringgit hehehe.... -

Having understand the malaysian ppl buying car habit I hate to say but majority are not really patriotic to country but more becuz the price of a proton are cheap as compared to similar make jap or european cars. A toyota in msia and spore are abt the close to same pricing exclude COE. So that is why in msia if you see ppl driving proton series car is becuz it is cheap and not cuz they are patriotic -

IF he's really guilty He should be totured until his last breath.
Just look how the poor little girl was abused....and how much pain and torment she went through before she died.
Death sentence going too easy on him. and if you're talking about him giving up his life for taking up someone else's life... i don't think his cheap life's weighs as much as Huang Na's.... Huang Na could have had a bright future if it wasn't for him....
Anyway... what's the outcome of the case ah? Why did it take them so long? -

How about like what ppl suggest if indeed he is found guilty, would castration be a good punishment for him since you say death is too easy for him? -

Took Leng How's appeal dismissed, death term upheld for Huang Na's murder
Took Leng How, the man who was sentenced to death for the murder of eight-year-old Huang Na two years ago, has had his appeal rejected.
The 22-year-old vegetable seller was found guilty of killing the girl in October 2004, and given the death sentence after a 13-day trial in August 2005.
He appealed against the sentence.
The Court of Appeal met a few months later, on 21 November 2005.
On Wednesday, it handed out the verdict.
But it was not a unanimous decision.
Two of the three judges - Chief Justice Yong Pung How and Judge of Appeal Chao Hick Tin - upheld the decision of trial judge Lai Kew Chai that the accused was not suffering from an abnormality of mind at the time of the offence.
Therefore, Took's defence of diminished responsibility was not granted.
The third judge, Kan Ting Chu, however felt there was a reasonable doubt on Took's conviction for murder.
Justice Kan questioned whether Huang Na's death was caused by Took smothering her mouth and nose or whether she died as a result of a fit.
Took's family members and relatives, who were present in court on Wednesday, have asked the defence lawyers to appeal to the President for clemency. - CNA/ir

I applaud Justice Kan's decision, although it was in vain. This case has too many holes.
If it took place in Melbourne instead, Took might have been sentenced for manslaughter instead.
Both the Huang Na and Hu Enhuai cases involved manslaughter, but in the former, the perpetrator was found guilty of cold-blooded murder while in the latter case, the 4 army instructors weren't even charged with anything severe.
