i went to caribean at keppel bay there..
maybe that's the best condominium i have ever seen in sg..

try going to kembagang for a walk.. some of those condos there are spectacular~

but most of the residents are foreigners esp. europeans and australians or even japanese ..
it seems that we are not as rich as them -

The best condominum is one that doesn't charge a monthly maintenance fee.

the costa del sol living room not that wide leh. only abt 5 metres. -
Costa Del Sol sucks big time......cramped, squarish, not cosy, no privacy, etc.
(I say these also because I live at Bayshore and Costa Del Sol provides strong competition for potential buyers ).

Depends lah, some buyers value seaview alot. Usually high floors with excellent sea view will command a price of at least 200k more than another unit with little seaview. Most of Costa Del Sol units have good sea view.
