Actually, residents of The Bayshore should know lah.....empty plot of land suitable for residential development, in between them and the sea....furthermore property market was going up that time....
My lawyers actually did a thorough check and analysis of plans for the neighbouring plots of land before telling me its probably safe to commit. -

Yeah, The Bayshore came first. When The Bayshore was being built, they had this large billboard showing the compound. Wahhhh.....they portrayed the swimming pool like a lake, covering so much of the compound. But after it was build, the swimming pool was more like an overgrown bathtub.
Ka Shing also had some troubles while building Costa. I heard his contractors dug too deep and broke a SingTel cable. They went to court here and SingTel won (expected lah). Although Costa is not selling well, its only pocket money to him. -
